About This Room

This is the most affordable room in Harbourne IV, and it works two ways: as a shared room for two students splitting costs, or as a couple's room, since the bed converts between a double and two singles. You get the same access as every other resident to the kitchen, both living areas, the laundry and the garden.

Rent is charged weekly and does not include utilities.
Water, electricity, gas, unlimited Wi-Fi, gardening and a fortnightly clean of the common areas are shared across the house and average $15–30 per person per week.

Down Under Stay organises every bill and sends each resident their share, so there's nothing to set up in your name.

Bond is 3 weeks' rent and is fully refundable. Minimum stay is 4 months, with 3 weeks' notice to move out. Suited to international students at UNSW, TAFE and ELICOS colleges, and to people on working holiday visas who want a furnished room without a 12-month lease.
