The room is set up as a shared room, with flexible bedding that can be arranged as two single beds or converted into one double bed if needed. Residents have the same access as everyone else in the house, including the kitchen, both living areas, laundry, garden and shared bathrooms.

Rent is charged weekly and does not include utilities.

Water, electricity, gas, unlimited Wi-Fi, gardening and a fortnightly clean of the common areas are shared across the house, averaging around $15–30 per person per week. Down Under Stay organises every bill and sends each resident their share, so there is nothing to set up in your name.

Bond is 3 weeks’ rent and is fully refundable. Minimum stay is 4 months, with 3 weeks’ notice required to move out.
